Tomorrow, April 24th, Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves will celebrate its first anniversary. And SNK is pulling out all the stops for the occasion, introducing Wolfgang Krauser as part of the second Season Pass. However, they aren't leaving free-to-play players behind entirely, which is why a major update is coming to keep everyone happy.
A Few Gifts for This First Anniversary
Wolfgang Krauser’s arrival on the Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves roster is bound to make waves, especially since the character will be at the heart of a brand-new Story Mode (packed with new stills) that sees the emperor clash with Kain R. Heinlein.
The latter will also get custom alternate colors for his new outfit, which releases alongside this update. It’s certainly an effective way to entice players into buying the Season Pass to unlock Wolfgang Krauser, considering how heavily he is being highlighted.
This update will also mark the return of "Ring Out" matches, complete with a special new stage. Here, your goal will be to push your opponent out of the fighting arena for an instant knockout. Finally, the UI—or rather, the menus—is getting a comprehensive overhaul, giving them a nice little facelift. And of course, character balancing is on the agenda, along with plenty of bug fixes.
